Care & cleaning

Care

Our art is wearable for every day use, but should also be handled carefully as ceramics can be breakable, especially if dropped. Enjoy and preserve your pieces for years to come by handling them gently when wearing and storing.

• Ensure closures and backs are secured before wearing.

• Avoid dropping or crushing pieces (ex. while traveling).

• Remove pieces before entering water (showering, swimming, etc.).

Cleaning

Antique brass may continue to antique over time. As desired, spot clean with a soft, damp cloth using water and mild soap as needed. Test on the back of pieces when possible. Here are a few other tips to get the brass in your pieces shining like new again.

Returns & exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return product (s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping costs).

• Any purchases seeking a refund or exchange must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• One-of-a-kind products may also be exchanged for a similar in-stock product of equal or lesser value. Partial refunds will be issued for differences in price.

• In the rare instance that a product arrives to you damaged or if you are shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we’ll provide you with a shipping label to return the item.
